ABOUT ME

My husband and I did a lot of travelling pre-kids but now are pretty busy being parents and working. I enjoy exploring (when I can't afford to travel, I try and explore at home), cooking, chatting, reading, watching films and bush walking. I am trying to get fit through bike riding. Most of my travelling has been in Asia (particularly Indonesia) and the Middle East. I have only been to Italy in Europe.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to CS and looking at being a host initially (but a bit nervous) and maybe later being an occasional coach surfer (although I would probably prefer use of a spare room at my age!).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have visited people I have met on the road or through my studies and also hosted people in my home. I remember my parents hosting travellers and homestay students when I was growing up. We always had a big crowd for Christmas lunch.
