ABOUT ME

I am Heath!
I recently hitch-hiked for 5 months across Canada, from the far West coast, to the even further East Coast, making for one unforgettable, incredible, outrageous summer. I then delivered a fantastic car to Phoenix, AZ and then made my way to the west coast of the U.S.
But besides all that, I'm an average guy enjoying the world, trying to find some sense in the madness.

PHILOSOPHY

Forward Without Fear.
I've learned a lot this summer, in essence;
Live Now.
Forget the Past.
Don't Plan, but be Prepared.
Take every opportunity.
Be thankful for every gift.
Give more than you receive.
Appreciate the differences.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I spread the word about the couchsurfing experience and try to get as many people as i can involved. I also try and help my fellow travelers out wherever and whenever i can with tips/hints/tricks etc.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've now surfed with Adrian in Calgary, Alan in Winnipeg, Roy in Toronto, Jamie in Toronto, Dereck in Ottawa, Joseph in Montreal, Angus in St. John's, Dave in Toronto, Jenna in Oklahoma City, Arthur in Phoenix, Matt in Phoenix and Jason in Santa Barbara. They are all incredible people and I'm exceptionally glad to have met them all.

I enjoy cooking, so im always interested in learning and sharing the joy of creating a delicious meal! I love to learn and enjoy the test of patience that comes with teaching. I am always more than willing to help where i can.
