My name is Austeja, I'm 25 , and I'm an economics graduate from Lithuania :) Currently I am working as a data analyst. I mostly consider myself as a citizen of the world. I have already lived in 4 countries, beside my native one. And by now I have learned that the best way to explore a country is through local people eyes. That would probably answer the question what am I doing in couchsurfing - I'm simply passionate about new cultures and breaking all the cliches that you could see while traveling as a tourist :)

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I love meeting new people, I have spent a lot of time living in various countries of the world and I think this is the best way to meet new interesting people from around the world and getting to expand my knowledge of their culture and just spend some interesting time.

As well I have been hosted by a wonderful french family for a year and I also had a turkish exchange student at my family's place for several months. I loved both of those experiences so much and I think Couchsurfing is a similar way of getting to know some interesting people.
