Adventurous! I love to try new things and experiment in the kitchen. I have an engaging, warm personality and really enjoying interacting with people, all people! In the kitchen I may physically resemble Gordon Ramsay, but I am calm and respectful towards people and co-workers.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I volunteer at the Puerto Vallarta public library and classify the books coming in that are in English. I have in the past participated in Meals on Wheels.

Aztec ruins in Mexico and climbed to the top of a pyramid/temple.

I have had a cooking school in Puerto Vallarta whereby I teach tradional flavors of Mexico in English for those who enjoy the culture.
