I am a free spirit in love with life, listening to ones heart, and taking one step each day with the intention of truth, awareness, skill, and creativity. To me truth is love, unlimited, free, eternal, and life. I create music, I am currently learning guitar, i surf, i mountain bike, i practice capoeira, i exercise my body mind and soul, i sing, i dance, i relax, i make good use of the land. I am hopelessly in love with permaculture, ecological design/building, and raising ones consciousness. Oh and since 2018 lots and lots of yoga and meditation.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite books are Conversations with God #3, and Perdido street Station by China Melville, and Vagina by Naomi Wolf. That being said when I'm not reading spiritual or informative literature I love Sci-fi, fantasy or strange books! My favorite movies are Country Man, Princess Bride, and Tropic Thunder. As far as music goes I like Soul, Funk, Latin, House, Hip-hop (conscious hip -hop unless im out dancing), Rnb, reggae, dance hall, chicha, and lounge.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 16 I got certified as a swift water rescue technician and went around different states in the southwest USA with a white water rapid tour company for 40 days in a kayak.
