ABOUT ME

I enjoy down to earth people who are real. I can get along with practically anybody. I'm relatively social, but I often enjoy sitting down and getting to know somebody rather than being at the party. I'm pretty focused and ambitious, but I have a flavor of spontaneity about me. I'm a creative guy who likes to have a humorous time swapping stories. I would consider myself as ambitious, while others may see my ambitions as delusional. I'd also say that I'm real, adventurous, open to others, and understanding. Oh, and I'm a twin! You'll probably meet him, if you're meeting me.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

If only I had an apartment in a city of grandeur...I'm not too sure that many people are wanting to visit Provo, Utah! I hosted two friends from Russia, who told me about this site. Come visit, and maybe we can go visit the desert or nearby mountains! I'm just starting out, so I hope to catch the bug soon!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have any experience! I hope to change that this summer! I've heard of some great experiences that some friends have had, and I've decided that I am going to try it out. I hope to become involved.

Centres d'intérêt

So I am an economics student, but I also study Russian and international development. I used to be involved with the arts, and worked as an actor, singer and dancer, but I have given that up for awhile. I still love going to shows, but I am taking a break from that culture. I love the outdoors, and hiking different terrains and landscapes. Another interest that I have is film. I have this secret dream to become a film producer one day. School is also very important to me, and I love learning new things, especially meeting new cultures. I would much rather get to know someone personally than go and see their typical tourist sites. I love story swapping!

I love artistic soviet films. Of course, I enjoy the occasional Hollywood film, but I would much rather explore unique genres and expose myself to different cultures and ideas through film. I love documentaries and foreign films.

I worked as an amateur actor and singer for awhile, and I have a solid foundation in Russian. If you are completely unfamiliar and have no experience with these skills, then I can try to help you out. If you have some foundational understanding of them, then you're out of luck. I would probably just then make a fool of myself! If you are in the states and you happen to make it to the northwest, I'm a great resource for trail campsites, trails, and hikes.
