I am always interested in meeting new people from across the world. Although I was lucky enough to travel a lot right out of college, I am now settled down a little more near home. I love meeting new people with different perspectives, life experiences, and who are also up to new conversation. I hope to improve my Spanish but enjoy hearing other languages and maybe learn something from them as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

A Cappella choral/barbershop, alternative rock, indie, folk, but I'll really listen to anything. I love to read when I can find time and always interested in new books or series. On the top would have to be the Inheritance Series and Harry Potter though. I'm a fan of Family Guy, Gladiator, Austin Power's, Lord of the Ring's, Superbad type comedy for the most part. I don't keep up too much on shows or movies as I stay pretty busy

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2012 I got the chance to sing in the White House with my college choir, Wartburg Choir and in the National Cathedral.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can try to assist with learning English if it is a second language. I know a bit of Spanish and am always hoping to improve. If you are interested in music and would like to learn anything, I can offer help in singing, a little piano, or drums. I make sure I'm not invasive if a host doesn't have much time or space, and am willing to help out in any way I can.
