Time spent in nature is very important to me. It is my inspiration and my medicine. I believe in eating fresh and local as much as possible. I enjoy photography, reading, writing, taking in the sunrise and sunset, most outdoor activities, getting crafty, playing card games, having a drink with friends, positive vibes and learning new things.

A few of my favorite movies are Captain Fantastic, Amélie, Funny Face, The Darjeeling Limited and The Brothers Bloom. Some of my favorite books: Courage: The Joy of Living Dangerously, The Secret, The Four Agreements, The Celestine Prophecy and Illusions: The Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah. As far as music, I am all over the place. I enjoy most genres with the exception of screamo, heavy metal. Everything else seems to have a time and place that I can enjoy it.
