ABOUT ME

My friends would say I am one of a kind. I am not easy to categorize. Perhaps warm, kind, joyful, calm, trustworthy, helpful,conscious, serious and silly, easy to entertain. I have very little stress in my life, not because of indifference or apathy but from being at a place where i can engage the things that matter to me for a positive outcome. I have a really full life, I'm really greatful and at peace but I'm also really ambitious. So I live in a sort of calm flurry of activity. I have what I like to think of as squirrel brain, my thoughts flow around a lot. I'm not a very linear thinker, everything is connected.

Interessen

I love to learn about what people believe in, what makes them tick, themes of their lives, their loves. I am drawn to profundity in all of it's forms which can pull me to something seemingly simple like a rock with moss or a sea side cliff or something seemingly complex like an intricate discussion or difficult situation. I love to read about how to elevate emotionally and spiritually. I love to laugh. I love to sing, write, chat, drink espresso and take walks. But I am very driven and goal oriented as well. I work a lot developing my business, "ELEVATE" (massage, energetic healing, workshops, shamanic journeying, retail) and raising my daughter.

I floated in the dead sea, I've listened to stories about what it's like to be a Kenyan girl in Maai Mahiu Kenya and I've helped elderly people cross the street in Limerick, Ireland and Ive created a spiritual healing center in Lawrence Kansas.
