ABOUT ME

Hi all!

Describing myself in a nut-shell I guess would sound a little like this:

Myself: I was born in Regina, Sask and moved out to vancouver in 2005 where I did my bachelor's degree in Kinesiology at UBC. I grew up skateboarding, snowboarding, and playing the guitar. Those are probably the three hobbies I did most as a youngin'. I'm a down-tempo personality and always eager to learn new things and experience new things. I'm really into music; one of the nice things about living in vancouver was soo much live music, which I'm sure Toronto will provide plenty of which I'm pretty stoked on. My jobs lately were mostly hospitality as a bartender and recently with graduating, a personal health/fitness coach. Both were great and now I'm leading further into the health industry to become a chiropractor. This is my segway(?) into..

My situation: I graduated from UBC last year, worked for a year then applied to Chiropractic college in TO. Then I quit both my jobs, threw my things in storage with a friend and am travelling India for the summer while planning on moving to toronto straight from my travels in late July before classes. Therefore if someone can put up with me for a week or two as I hunt down digs of my own for the school year, that would be oh so rad of you!

In Vancouver we hosted a number of times in our house but not through my profile. We met great people that I'm still friends with today. THrough this site I've had great experiences and hope to have more and meet more great people.

Interests

In my free time I am either playing my guitar, doing something active or riding my bicycle. I love to cook and enjoy finer beverages in good weather. I like art and music like no other, honest. Favorite conversations (weird question) would include travel tales, music artists, and mostly little nothings that are still something stimulating to the ol' brain.

Generally I like being active, good music, food, and nice weather :)
