Hello my name is Ava, I am from California and I am currently studying abroad in Italy. I love to travel and see the world, I think it teaches very important lessons such as appreciation for other cultures and patience. I think staying with locals is the best way to go because they know the place better than anyone and usually have some great recommendations or at least fun stories to share!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have just come from traveling in Greece by myself, it was an amazing experience. In the past I have also gotten the chance to zip line, parasail, hike, cliff jump, snorkel, island hop, build houses with my church, and visit many cool places along the way

I love to hear about other people's travels or stories in general! I love to learn about the location I am traveling to as well. I speak fluent English so I suppose I could help teach the language and I am currently learning Italian so any help on that effort would be appreciated! I could also teach a decent drinking game or two or learn one if you know of a good one
