I am a female 58 years young and retired because I can no longer physically do gardening and landscaping work.....but I have 40 years of learning and experience and love gardens of any kind. Never married, I decided I cannot just sit around and there is no shut off for the brain....so decided to go see some of the world and meet new people. Thought of traveling some of Spain, France, Germany, and maybe Italy.

I have been staying at hostels as I hoped it would be a great way to meet people, and then Easter snuck up on me and I have not secured a place to stay. Hoping the someone would be kind and offer me a couch for a few days. If interested can give advice on plants or gardening if needed......or help out if there is some other things you might need help with.

I can sing a couple of hundred songs acapella......Beetles, ELO, Patsy Cline, Eddy Arnold, Streisand. Have read thousands of books and love debate or discussions on almost any subject. Politics....or maybe not.

My best accomplishment and the one I am most proud of is having raised a wonderful son alone. He is amazing and turned out to be a fine young man. He is loving and kind and funny......and I hope that I am at least a little bit responsible for it.

I have worked in landscaping and gardening and can share that knowledge as well as houseplants. I also worked in Construction and Hardware and can give advise and instruction on home repair. I love photography, and almost any medium of artistic endevor. Children and animals love me best.....and I love them right back. Would love to see an experience another culture and how people of other countries live.
