Hello there! Avery here, Avery Lentz to be exact. I'm just your average young broke artist traveling through the United States in search of... well that's the big question isn't it. I am stoked with any and all art forms, I also love trees, really expensive coffee, and going to the movies. I've lived much of my (short) adult life on the road, meeting strangers and getting lost, its exhilarating and terrifying and inspiring. I love to write.

I'm on couchsurfing to get a really authentic experience in the towns I visit. I want to connect with travelers and locals and learn as much as I can about the places I'm lucky enough to go to and the people that live there. I love meeting and talking to new people and sharing different experiences and cultures.

I'm obsessed with going to the movies, and movies in general. I will watch any movie or discuss any movie. (even if I haven't seen it, that only makes it more fun)

I am open to learning about anything people are willing to teach, I love to learn new things. If anyone is interested in the basics of yoga, ballet, or playing piano I can teach that (lol). I love discussing movies, TV shows, books, philosophy and psychology (with the limited knowledge I have) in depth. I love meeting and learning about people.

I have a generally positive disposition, I am always up for a deep talk about the world we live in or the subtleties of the human experience, it all fascinates me. I don't claim to be an amazing cook but if you're interested in veganism or health food in general (or you're simply a disbeliever that such a thing can be delicious) I am always down to fix us a meal or a desert that will blow your mind (results not guaranteed). Other than that I can provide good company, a buddy for adventures, watching movies, and a few good stories and laughs!
