My name is Aviva, I am a songwriter and producer from Israel, and I love to travel, cook, and meet amazing new people along the way!

-Born in Baltimore, MD I lived there and Atlanta, GA before moving to Israel with my family when I was 12.

-I married my husband and adopted our very cute dog Toby.

-I am now traveling around and writing music full time :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had never heard of Couchsurfing until around a month ago when I was speaking to a friend about travel and they mentioned it might be something I would enjoy. I started researching it and thought it was the coolest idea ever - just the idea of visiting a new place and being able to make friends within different communities. I am a firm believer that the people are the most interesting and amazing part of any trip, and CS is such an amazing way to do that.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite current musicians (an ever-changing list): Aurora, Finneas, Rosalia, Noga Erez, Conan Gray, Julia Michaels, Ashe, and many many more.

In terms of movies, I always find that question a bit overwhelming - there are just too many to choose from. But the TV shows I am currently watching are The Bear, I just finished the first season of Jessica Jones which I thoroughly enjoyed, and whenever I have time I am one of those people who are happy rewatching shows that I love more than once. I can beat anyone at Scrubs or Friends trivia any day.

I am a big book reader, I tend to read mostly fiction but I have no real preference when it comes to genre. Authors I love are Jojo Moyes, Lloyd Alexander, Tracy Chevalier, Leah Scheier, Louis Lowry, C.S Louis. I am also a lover of manga: Death Note, Full Metal Alchamest, ect.
