Hi there,

I am French and I live in Germany between Berlin for my work and Kassel. You probably never heard about it but it's a very cute city where my girlfriend is studying.

I come from a big family of 7 kids which taught be to be grateful and to listen to differences. I keep this mindset as an adult and I think that I am pretty easy to live with. My interests are pretty wide, I am sure we will find something in common:
1. Outdoor activities: climbing, hiking, cycling, swimming, diving
2. Wine and food: I think this is the universal language of all happy homes. I did not visit any country that did not have interesting food (yes even UK). I worked in a restaurant in the past and still cook everyday at home.
3. Arts of all kinds: I am crazy about movies and going to cinema, I also enjoy live music from big festivals to underground jam session, I feel like a fish in a museum and love to discover architectural novelties.

I am new to Couchsurfing but some friends who use it regularily recommended it. I am mostly looking for a first experience as a host and show European and Italian hospitality to my girlfriend.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I am new to Couchsurfing... Until now my motto was "take a tent and sleep where you can". I ended up sleeping on beaches, woods, fields and parks. Eventually being fined too...

Now I will be travelling for the first time to Puglia with my girlfriend who is not so comfortable with sleeping in the wild. But we don't want to follow the touristic tracks either and both of us are willing to meet local people. Visiting an unkown place makes more sense when you can connect it with people. And unfortunately we don't know anybody in South Italy.

So happy and grateful to meet with you, share a wine or dinner.
