My name is Ayako.
I'm a 25yo graduate student studying about the global issues particularly peace and conflict.
As a cosmopolitan, I'm keen all people live in peace, respect each other and share laughter.

I'm originally from Saitama nearby Tokyo and grew up there. I have been living in Kyoto for just two years but my uncle's family's been living for a long time so I'm familiar with this city.

I might be a typical shy Japanese but I love meeting and hosting people have different background.
I'm easygoing, friendly polite and Laughing a lot, Eating a lot, Drinking a lot (sometimes sleeping a lot)!

love taking care of kids, and hold a license to teach children English.
my room's not enough space to host family or couple, but I would love to meet these travelers and give opportunities for Japanese cultural experiences in English!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm trying to never judge people by their 'social categories' like nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender etc. Still in reality it's very hard. we all have somewhat stereotypical images of others. I wanna overcome such bias through meeting people around the world and sharing cool experiences!
