As my interests section said, I like fitness, since I took 20-hours class from fitness instructor last year, I found I really like it, so after that I started to take different fitness classes such as TRX, Muscle fighting, and Pad core at China Youth Corps in Nantou.
Yoga is also something I quite enjoy, so I took different yoga classes from time to time, too. There are many different types of yoga, like body-sculpting yoga, Aerial yoga...
