About Me

I enjoy traveling, trying new things and meeting people who see the world a bit differently. I study computer science and I am into sports so my life is split between screens and movement. I like exploring cities on foot, trying local food and having conversations that jump from serious topics to stupid jokes without warning. I am easy to get along with and I am always curious about how other people live

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the idea of traveling in a way that is more personal than hotels and hostels. Meeting locals, sharing stories and seeing a place through someone’s eyes is way more interesting to me. I enjoy helping others when I can and I am happy to offer company, respect and maybe a laugh or two

Music, Movies, and Books

My music taste jumps around. I listen to a lot of Asap Rocky, Tame Impala and Kanye. Movies I like usually mess with your head or make you think. Groundhog Day, The Devil’s Advocate and Inception are forever on my list. As for books, some that stuck with me are Martin Eden, Three Comrades and 22.11.1963. My absolute favourite has always been Myths of Ancient Greece, I read it at least ten times growing up and it never got old

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I moved to Austria I had to take my dog with me and there were no flights or simple trains, so I ended up building a four day route across Europe from whatever connections I could find. I crossed the border, took random taxis, waited at tiny stations I had never heard of, passed through Riga, spent a night in Kaunas, continued through Warsaw and eventually reached Vienna. Somehow my dog stayed calm the entire time, so she was the real hero of the trip, not me

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy learning new things just because the world is too interesting to ignore. I like listening to people talk about what they are into, whether it is art, travel stories, weird hobbies or something completely random. If you are passionate about something and want to share it, I am all ears

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good energy, conversation, help when needed and respect for your space. I can cook simple meals, keep things clean and share some stories from the road. I like connecting with people instead of just taking a free place to sleep so you can expect me to be present, friendly and easy to have around
