Bonjour ! I’m 25 years old and I’m new in this app aha !
I’m traveling around the world by land from Belgium without taking a plane ! My dream was to travel all the way to Oceania but after spending one month with monks in Thailand I’m going back to Europe by land for the next 3 month.
I shaved my hair 2 month ago in a Buddhist temple in Thailand so I still don’t have my long curly hair back haha 😥

As I said earlier I’m from Belgium (Charleroi) but I’m originally from Italy where I was born and spent 10 years of my life ! But as you can guess with my face. My origins are from Morocco (my both parents are from there) so that’s why I’m fluent in French, Moroccan (an Arabic dialect) and in English. And my Italian and Netherlands are very bad but I can maybe improvise something ;D

My occupation is still unstable but I’m an audiovisual technician mostly for movies and TV show ! So my job consists on rigging Lights and sometimes also camera on different context (on depends on the scenes of the scenarios and the places where se shoot) so it’s more a handy job than artistic for the moment but my dream would be to direct one day and to make my own movie 🎥

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m Traveling from Belgium to South Asia by land since almost 6 month and now on my way back home and still by land. So I want to use the app to meet locals people and share more authentic experiences and why not make new friends!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love cinema and I also work on movies set ! So I have a lot to share about movies. But my favorites ones are “Man On The Moon”, “In the mood for Lovel” and “La Haine”.
I also listen to many différents kinds of music even if i mostly listen to US and French Hip Hop (Kendrick Lamar, SCH, Damso, Booba, the old Kanye west) ! But my favourite artist is Michael Kiwanuka. A contemporary soul singer.

I started readings books since 3 years now. so I don’t have a lot of knowledge in this branch of art but my favorites ones are “The stranger” from Albert Camus, also “Cinq dans tes yeux” a French book about Marseille, “Martin Eden” from Jack London but my favourite writer is Charles Bukowski with “Womens” and “Ham on Rye”
