About Me

Hey! I’m Ayoub, 22 years old, currently living in the city of Marrakesh, but I’m originally from Zagora a beautiful town in the heart of the Sahara Desert. Growing up surrounded by golden dunes and starry skies gave me a deep connection to nature and traditional Berber culture.
I’m passionate about exploring new cultures, meeting people from different backgrounds, and learning new languages. I believe every person has a unique story, and I love being part of those shared moments that stay with you forever.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe in real connections. Couchsurfing is more than just a place to stay it’s about trust, culture, and the stories we share. I’m here to meet new people, create memories, and see the world from different eyes.

Music, Movies, and Books

I’m a huge fan of Tinariwen and Gnawa music — the rhythms and stories feel like home. And When it comes to books, I read everything From novels to history to travel stories I love anything that expands my world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things I’ve done was leading a small group of travelers on a night trek through the Sahara under a sky full of stars. We camped in the dunes with no phones, no lights just stories, traditional drumming, and the magic of the desert. It was a peaceful, unforgettable moment of connection with nature and each other

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some basic Darija (Moroccan Arabic), how to make traditional Moroccan tea, and share stories about life in the Sahara. I can also show you a few rhythms with desert drums while I Want to Learn something from you ,I’m curious about everything your language, your culture, your way of life. I’d love to learn how people live around the world, and maybe even try cook your favorite meal together, I Can Share with Hosts Good vibes, great conversations, and Moroccan hospitality
