About Me

In 2014 I decided to face a new series of studies. Presently I'm an art student.
In free time I practice language exchange on Skype and What's App,
My first profession is English teacher.

I try to feel people by my gut and probably some folks will consider me a closed person. Yes, I prefer to listen and to speak to Nature rather that people.
But I do appreciate wise people and profound talks choosing to stay silent in order to hear more.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I'm in a state of a student who decided to start a new life, follow a new road in his life, - the present prices of official travel companies are way too high for me.

And as I like to learn and that will be throughout my life because I enjoy the state of a student who discovers new things, I think one of the best ways to do that is to travel.
"To learn and share" is my motto.

Interests

My hobbies are reading, making audiobooks (on my site www.audiokitaplar.com) , commuting on a bike, studying languages, travelling, digging Photoshop, making Eng subs for Tatar films )))

Also I like to make something by my hands: carve wood, make sketches (though as I said I have a very long way to go on that field), improvise in cooking healthy meal (veg), and hold books :-)

Music, Movies, and Books

Literature: _______
I'm not so acquainted with the modern literature in any country. I learn English, Russian and Tatar through classics as only there remains the pure language one needs.

What I could remember at the moment:
R_: Leo Tolstoy, Anton Chekhov, Ivan Turgenev;
E_: Ernest Hemingway, Arthur Conan Doyle, Daniel Defoe, Thackerey, Ch.Dickens, ...

Music _______
Classic music never makes one tired of it. At least with me.
I love most of the classic composers like:
Iohann Sebastian Bach, Beethoven, Niccolo Paganini, Antonio Vivaldi, W.A.Mozart, I.Strauss (nearly all of them)

Once I used to play the piano. Now I dream of learning that again and improvise in playing jazz.
My next step is to learn to play the sax and the flute + drums. And any ethnic instrument in the countries I pass through.
................................
As for Rock, the Beatles rock )))
Some movie soundtracks (I can't name all of them as I remember only ENnio Morricone )))
..............
Film makers - oh, they're so numerous.....
Classics: Sergey Eisenstein,
then Frederico Fellini, Andrey Tarkovsky,
then I need to consult Google.
In any case I can watch films that make one stop and think,
I can't live without sci-fi, and from time to time - detectives and action films. They add some drive to my steady life of a computer guy

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Suddenly in spring'2015 I started making audio books. I mean, I read aloud and record stories I like and think important for others.
For that purpose - to store all the stuff - I created my site

Teach, Learn, Share

So I'm looking for opportunities of travelling as a linguistic partner - I can teach Russian and English, give some glimpses for Turkic languages, and teach basics and a bit more for French, Italian, Esperanto, German.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can teach Russian and English, give some glimpses for Turkic languages, and teach basics and a bit more for French, Italian, Esperanto, German.
I can help with gardening, too - I love being in Nature and with Nature.

Also I can meet those who arrive to my native city Kazan and show them places of interest though I'm not much of a guide (probably I just need to read more about history of buildings, and the kind, to be able to share the info)
