I'm very interesting with an eco lifestyle, yoga and meditation. Actually yoga and meditation make my life way better then before and I really get my peacefull when I do the meditation. I'm starting to learn about ayurvedic and organic traditional medicine and I will be very happy if anyone can sharing with me about their experience on yoga, eco lifestyle, self compassion, ayurvedic, and permaculture to me :)
