Overview
About Me
I am Ayush, a native of New Delhi, an accomplished international yoga teacher with over a decade of experience in the art and science of yoga. My journey began as a yoga player, proudly representing my state at national-level competitions and India on the international stage. This early exposure deepened my passion for yoga, inspiring me to dedicate my life to this transformative practice.
With a strong foundation in both the spiritual and physical aspects of yoga, I’ve blended traditional wisdom with modern techniques to create impactful and accessible teachings. I hold an International Yoga Certification from Yoga Alliance USA and am currently pursuing a BA in Yoga at Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri National Sanskrit University, one of India’s top institutions.
Yoga for me is not just a practice; it’s a way of life—a means to inspire, heal, and guide others toward self-discovery and holistic well-being. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching students from diverse backgrounds, sharing the essence of yoga and helping them achieve balance and harmony in their lives.
When I’m not teaching, I love exploring my city, Delhi, from its historical monuments to its vibrant cultural hubs. I also enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life, exchanging stories, and creating lasting memories.
Through my dedication and passion, I aim to continue empowering others to embark on their own transformative journeys, embracing yoga as a path to wellness and inner peace.
