Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a student living off scholarship stipend, I need the cheapest way possible to travel, including a place to stay the night. I also wanna meet more people, get to know the culture, share stories and simply make friends from every walk of life. I believe in the power of learning from strangers.

I would also love to hone my speaking skills in languages that am actively trying to be fluent at, like English and French. It aint easy to talk and meet people when I live in the middle of nowhere in Midwest. I'd love to host those curious about the Great Midwest.
