I was born and raised in Bermuda but I am currently taking a gap semester from my studies in the U.S to au pair in Paris. I am studying economics and pre-medicine however, in Paris I’m just trying to learn french.

I love anything associated with adventure, people and food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy meeting new people and experiencing new things. I have had two incredible experiences living with host families for 6 months in Morocco and Paris which has led me to couchsurfing. Living with locals has allowed me to enjoy the countries so much more. Also, traveling has become my new favorite hobby and I would love to meet and hang out with other well traveled people to share experiences and such!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went on a 2 day journey into the middle of the Sahara desert with car sickness the entire 48hours, rode a camel the last 30 minutes, camped there overnight (I still find sand in various places hahaha), ate dinner with 'locals' and learned tribe music in front of a camp fire then got locked in the bathroom right before it was time to depart. it was an unforgettable experience! If you haven't been, you should look into it!
