I am a keen cyclist living in the UK. I have two children. I and a long time friend Alex, are raising money for a charity (www.wethechangefoundation.com) by trying to complete the North Sea Cycle Route (Eurovelo 11), as at December 2014, We have completed the stretch from Calais France to just North of Groningen in Netherlands. In the UK we have completed about 600km. So far about 1400km out of 6000.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

In July 2015 we are planning to cycle from Groningen, then on to Germany with Stops in Emden, Himmelpforten, Varela, Busun and Neukirchen near the Danish Border. About 1000km in 7 days.

We are looking to meet like minded folk, Experience countries from a local perspective, make friends and widen our horizons. Couchsurfing sounds like a great way to do it.
