Overview
About Me
Hi! I’m from Bandar Abbas, Iran, and I’ve been part of the Couchsurfing community for several years.
I’ve hosted amazing guests from New Zealand, Germany, France, Switzerland, Japan, China, Turkey, Pakistan, Mexico, Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, and the UK.
Hosting, for me, is not just about offering a place to sleep — it’s about connecting, sharing stories, and seeing the world through others’ eyes.
I usually cook for my guests, show them around my city and the sea, and sometimes we take small trips nearby. Many guests plan to stay a night or two but end up staying a week — and I take that as a lovely compliment 😊
These days, I spend most of my time in meditation and quiet living. I’ve also traveled to Nepal for Vipassana retreats, which deeply influenced my life.
I enjoy baking bread — from sourdough and fluffy loaves to Persian-style breads.
Once I told a guest from Lithuania:
“Maybe I can’t travel to many countries because of my passport or the high cost of currency,
but I can invite the whole world into my home.”
That’s truly how I see Couchsurfing — traveling without moving. 🌍
🏡 My Home
I host my guests in a quiet and independent unit — a simple, clean, and peaceful place where I also spend time in meditation.
It’s separate from my family home and perfect for relaxing, cooking together, or just enjoying quiet moments.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting people from around the world and learning about their cultures and perspectives.
Even though traveling abroad can be challenging for me, hosting guests allows me to bring the world into my home. 🌍
Every guest teaches me something new, and I enjoy sharing moments of kindness, food, and mindfulness together..

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy calm and inspiring movies, sometimes family dramas or meaningful stories.
I don’t read much these days, as most of my time is dedicated to meditation, silence, and baking — but I always enjoy hearing about others’ favourite books or films. 🎬
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Attending a 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat was one of the most amazing experiences of my life.
Ten days of complete silence — no talking, no phone, no distractions — just observing the mind and finding peace within.
It changed how I see the world and how I welcome people into my home. 🌄
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share my experience in meditation and mindfulness and maybe teach you how to bake homemade or sourdough bread. 🍞
I love learning about other cultures, simple ways of living, and personal stories from travellers.
Sharing silence, tea, and honest connection is my favourite way to learn from each other. ☕🕊
What I Can Share with Hosts
I love sharing homemade meals, fresh bread, and local experiences.
We can explore the city and the sea together, have meaningful conversations, or just enjoy silence and tea. ☕
