About Me

I've been mostly Portland based since college, but I moved away and back a few times in the intervening years for various stints including living in a tiny cabin on the Olympic Peninsula, running an art and music space in Anacortes, galavanting around Eastern Europe, working on farms, at schools, and with friends on art and bookmaking projects.

These days I teach middle school Humanities at a small k-8 school on 22 acres just outside of Portland. I'm also a backyard beekeeper and I constantly find myself doing food projects in the kitchen.

Teach, Learn, Share

Sure, why not...
I'm probably too busy to hang out much during the week, (so it's probably best if you're okay with being fairly independent), but might have some available time during the weekend.
