About Me

I am a mechanical engineer working in a petrochemical company in the south of Iran, and since childhood, I have been fascinated by the world of industry, but my interests go beyond the world of industry! I am a certified mountaineering instructor and nature tour guide, and I enjoy discovering new places and challenging myself in the mountains. In addition to work and sports, I also attach great importance to studying and learning, and I try to always be growing and progressing. I am committed to healthy eating and regular exercise, and I believe in continuous self-improvement and dedicate my time to personal development and conscious living. I am active in the fields of mountaineering, rock climbing, cycling, skiing, and caving, and I welcome meeting new travel companions and sharing my experiences with them

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm passionate about travel and connecting with people from all walks of life. Currently based in Iran, I'm looking for hosts worldwide to share experiences and learn about different cultures firsthand. My favorite things are exploring nature, hiking in the mountains, and immersing myself in the local way of life. I'm always happy to lend a hand and contribute during my stays.

I’m available to host, but since my workplace is in another city, I can only host when I’m in Arak. Please contact me in advance to make sure I’ll be in town at the time of your stay.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I enjoy solo mountaineering as a way to challenge myself. One such experience was climbing Mount Fialston in the untouched and wild Oshtorankuh mountain range. It was my first time on this route, and it wasn't the main climbing path. I didn't have a GPS file for the route either, just the GPS point for the summit. I started at 4 in the morning. At the beginning of the trail, I used the Relive app to create a video of the route and also mark the way back, as I knew it would be dark. On the way back from the summit, due to darkness, I strayed from the dangerous, rocky path and continued moving below the ridges, which made the journey longer. It was completely dark, and I used the Relive app along the path I had climbed to find my way back to the ascent route. From here on, the path entered a valley that was far from the city, and even nomads didn't come here. At the beginning of the valley, I saw the droppings of several bears, and it was clear that they were on my way back. Therefore, with the knowledge I had of bear behavior, I started making noise, but I was still worried that they might be at the spring that was on my way, and with a lot of anxiety, I reached the end of the path at two o'clock at night. It was a good and scary experience.
