fiction mostly. I very recently read a bio of Patti Smith (awesome love story between Patti, 'Art' and her gay boyfriend Robert Mapplethorpe) To paraphrase a friend of mine, Patti in the book is a Rockstar Artist Forest Gump.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbing, by bright moonlight, the steps of Mt. Sinai above Saint Catherine's monastery in Egypt and watching the sun rise.
