ABOUT ME

I started connecting with other travelers when I lived in Germany and worked as an Au Pair for 5 months. I now live in Chicago and am eager to reconnect with fellow travelers!

I'm very outgoing and like to adventure, explore, and learn. I spend a lot of my weekends cooking out and drinking with friends, seeing movies, and (when I can afford it!) traveling around.

PHILOSOPHY

Carpe Diem. You only live once and you never know when it will all be over, so live each day to the fullest without looking back! The only regrets you have are the chances you don't take

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used couch surfing to network with people who spoke English while I lived in Germany but now that I'm back state side I'm hoping to make connections with travelers and show them around Chicago!

I've met a lot of people and hosted, but I've never couch surfed myself.

Movies are hard for me to sit and list out. I would say I differ from others because of my background - I studied film so there are probably older films on my favorites list that others would most likely omit. One thing about me: I am never *not* in the mood to go see a movie.

Anyone, anywhere - I love foreign cultures and learning all about them. I think that's how you learn the most about the world and about yourself. As for a particular trade, I'm afraid I'm not specifically skilled in any one area.
