About Me

I’m endlessly curious about the world and people. Feel like I was a puppy in a past life—how else do you explain my obsession with humans?

Majored in French. I was working in Game Localization industry for 3 years and chose to be unemployed and now having a long vacation of my life. I love how every place you go to changes you a little. Since 2024.09 I’ve been slow paced traveling in China, Japan, Korea, and now in Singapore for Lady Gaga:) then I’ll start traveling around Southeast Asia a bit.

I love learning languages, sharing nice conversations while exploring places. I would love a borderless world.

I enjoy little moments in life, and silly stuff. Always grateful for the love and kindness I receive on the road. ❤️

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

1’ Gotta travel smart! (^_^)v

2’ There’s no better way to find the hidden gems than staying with a local.

3’ I love meeting different people. Every new story from the people I meet on the road is a glimpse into a world I might never live.

4’ I seek connection. Those rare, meaningful exchanges are what I think keep us opening up to new experiences and encounters.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being probably the first and only host in my puny hometown, a southern coastal city, where people would be stupefied by a foreign face. And actually hosted 2 foreign travelers. Surprise!
————
Staying in a youth co-living community in Dali for free. I trade it with my skills and fun ideas and labor lol :
the place is partially under construction, we crashed down the walls and rebuilt it, painted it, designed each room, made furnitures and decors with our own hands…
And we make different events happen in our own rooms (yeah because we currently don’t have a public space). I have been giving: French lesson, no-phone citywalk challenge, Travel zine projects, movie sessions, collage poetries… and more.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach… French, Mandarin and Cantonese if you don’t already know them lol

Learn… currently wrestling with guitar and dancing, show me your badass dance moves! 💃 and I’m a language lover.

Share… Long park walks, hiking, and handcrafting masterpieces (or messes, depending on our skill level).

What I Can Share with Hosts

Help you with cleaning and stuff.
My mind my career my stories my culture my dialects…? all the cliche but in my weird funny way lol
Positivity. I believe in the positive cycle of love and energy. I have received love and kindness and I wanna give the same.
I’m willing to listen if you have anything to share.
Sing you a Chinese song.
Make handicrafts or gadgets or cook together.
