About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Meeting as many interesting people as possible
ABOUT ME
I am a 30 year old social worker who works with young offenders. Work very often seems a bit like an adventure holiday only that we get payed for it... When I am not working I enjoy meeting up with friends, cooking nice dinners (not that I can cook, but I enjoy it anyway), going for a run or a spin on the motorbike ( most of the time I am not driving myself, which is better for my and for all other people´s health). I love a nice, chilled white wine or a deep red, good books, getting to know people from differnt cultural backgrounds and above all funny and meaningful conversations.
PHILOSOPHY
At the moment my personal philosphy is: Life is a journey ( and I am the navigator). As soon as one realises that everything changes and that one has the power to change things Life seems so much easier and lighter. Part of it is to let go of people and memories but therefore being open for new ones. Time doesn´t seem to be that important anymore either, it´s the moment that counts. And a wrong decision is better than no decision at all. It´s time to go out there and to live.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love books by Paulo Coelho and Toni Morrison but I enjoy good thrillers as well. I am into poems but have no favourite poet, very much depends on the mood I am in. Sayin that, I think William Blake is brilliant.
I listen to all kind of music but singers that have accompanied me for quite a while are Tori Amos, Alanis and Katie Melua. I am not at all into Techno/Dance or House.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A four day walk on the Kepler Track. It's amazing to be part of the nature, to be stripped of any comfort you have at home and pushing your personal limits. Very liberating!
