I grew up in Michigan and have always loved traveling. While in college I lived in Athens, Greece for a year as my study abroad. It further increased my desire to travel. After graduating I lived in Washington, DC for a bit, and am now back in Michigan taking a break before heading to graduate school to study international relations.

I would love to say that I am fluent in more than one language, but unfortunately, I am not. I am trying though, learning French and Arabic is kind of an ongoing project for me.

My brother and I are going on a 2 month long backpacking trip starting in June, we will mostly be in Eastern Europe, and hoping to take advantage of Couchsurfing during that time.

I lived in Greece for a year, and it was the best experience of my life. I met so many amazing people and went on some crazy adventures.
