I'm a nature loving hippy and I'm currently living in Prague. I grew up in the Midwest region of America but I've spent many years living on the west coast. There I developed a love for nature, and exploring the outdoors. I was working as a Biological Science Technician studying amphibians. Recently I became an English Teacher to allow me to explore the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm couch surfing so I can get a deeper and more personal connection to new areas I visit. I'm also couch surfing to allow me to stay closer to parks and natural areas for hiking as wild camping isn't legal here in Czechia.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a lot of lowfi and instrumental really anything that has a good beat I can vibe to. My favorite song currently is Elbow pain by Glue trip. My favorite shows include Rick and Morty, Adventure Time, and Futurama.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent 3 months backpacking in Nepal and Thailand. I did a 30 day in the Himalayas in the Tsum and Manaslu valleys. With a lot of determination I was able to reach the height of 5,000 meters at Manaslu base camp. The Himalayas offered me the most breathtaking views of my life.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a big sweet tooth and am always happy to bake up some sweet to share. I have a lot of random knowledge about forests and wildlife I can share. I enjoy playing board games, having good conversation and sharing interests.
