Looking for my next adventure! =)
I love to learn about new cultures, travel places I've never been and meet friendly people from around the world. I've been a foodie since before there was a word for it - I'm always in search of the next great culinary discovery! I like to watch live music, be near the ocean and explore farmer's markets. My endless sense of curiosity and adventure is what fuels me to travel the world.
I've studied jazz music, languages and international business and now work for Alvéole, an urban beekeeping project in Montreal.
There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've couchsurfed in Rio de Janeiro, Kingston, Mexico City and Santiago de Cuba and these experiences were the highlights of my trips! I love being able to discuss how things work in different corners of the world and why. I'm a language nerd, so there's no better way to learn about another culture than by understanding the language and expressions of those who speak it.
I have a passion for food and music from around the world. I looove cooking and learning/creating new recipes, and eating anything delicious! I'm also interested in urban agriculture and green/organic living.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
How to choose just one?! Singing at the Montreal International Jazz Festival, living and studying in Brazil for 6 months, couchsurfing with a dancehall artist in Jamaica and recording a song...life should be full of amazing moments!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can offer insights on the unique language situation we have going on in this city, I'm perfectly fluent in Franglais ;)
Montreal is also famous for poutine and I am a connoisseur! There are sooo many aspects that contribute to the best poutine (same-day fresh cheese, temperature of the gravy, cut of the fries...) I can help you find a good one so you fall in love with it too!
What I Can Share with Hosts
If you've read up until now, you know I cook ;) Canada isn't really famous for many dishes other than poutine and maple-syrup - but I'd love to help you cook something from your country or my specialty: inventing something from whatever ingredients we find!
