We might be able to give you some sort of a "free air BnB" but dont expect luxury of any kind. Cannot provide you with a free mansion or free 5* hotel.

Love to meet new people when we travel, especially locals! Travel and exploring new places is our passion.

We believe its important as a surfer (guest) to try to connect with the host and be polite. We dont have to be together 24/7 but at first it's good to at least sit down and have a chat so you know who you're gonna stay with. How much you want to spend time with us after that is is up to you.

Balder Jacobsen:

Norwegian, 23 years old. Likes to smoke in countries where it is accepted/tolerated. Friendly, easy going. Worked in Oslo in the past, not sure about the future. Possibly doing some business with Jenny. Curious to learn about other cultures.

Kornkamon Wattanapreechanon(Jenny):

Thai-chinese, bachelor degree, worked 4 years in a bank in Bangkok. Born in Ayutthaya. Had to resign to be able to go to Europe for a long holiday. Her real thai name is Kornkamon, it may seem confusing but every thai person has a nickname. Her first time traveling outside Asia.

Decided to give CS a try after Balder stayed in a hostel in Copenhagen and somebody stole his shoes. We are both new to the concept.

WE BELIEVE THE BEST THING ABOUT CS IS:

1. You can meet a local and learn about the place you're visiting from them. Most likely you can get good advice/tips.

2. Make friends, connections.

Travel in Asia, live in Bangkok. Although its a dirty city in many ways its a cool experience. We hate the pollution but love the food there. Went from 80 kg to 97 in a few months.

Performed with band at "sentrum scene" in Oslo when I was 12.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

Can share experiences from traveling/living abroad. Balder knows quite a lot about music, can play guitar but not a great singer. Had some classes in portuguese and spanish, only has basic skills though.

Jenny can teach you how to make traditional thai/asian dishes. Red/green curry, kapraew, laab moo, spring rolls, beef with oyster sauce +. She is buddhist but not too serious about religion.

Anything about travel, music or food is fun topics for both of us.
