ABOUT ME

I love backpacking, nature, water, boats, swimming, birds, people, interesting conversation about navigating the jungle of humanity, LOVE music, playing it, writing it, listening to it, LOVE children and their fresh energy and perspective, animals, plants, air, writing with out grammar, going to new places and seeing beauty in everything, honesty (I'm not perfect, are you? So what's the big deal?). Never want to sacrifice freedom for security. There is no security, it's an illusion. Quit clinging! (I'm telling myself) Motto, "just do it!" (damn you nike!) Humor is seriously important.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love couchsurfing when travelling! Talk about cutting the red tape... You all make it too easy! I also host travellers in my living room.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Stayed in two homes in Alaska. Hosted two parties of travellers so far. I love it when people just do what they see that needs to be done. That's cool!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd like to learn more about boating and navigating the interpersonal world. I can teach calligraphy, lots of songs, recorder, oboe, Latin cooking and double dutch.
