CURRENT MISSION

Actually travelling around America, North to South, after 3 Months in North Canada (Yukon) and Alaska, I decided to go visit Central America, and maybe South America if I can

ABOUT ME

All about travel and passion...
After working in big city around France and in the USA as a Pastry Chef, I decided to leave my job and everything I had in order to travel, first in Canada (Yukon, I loved it. Living out a the land with the less as possible, everything is so beautiful and real, quite of a simple life.
Then, instead of going back to France, I decided to continue for a new kind of adventure, Hitchhiking from Alaska, going south, first crossing the USA, then Mexico central America, Hopefully would do it to South America (Venezuela).
Already plan to go in France for December, and from there, flying to New Caledonia for a new Adventure :)

PHILOSOPHY

I think, the best thing in life is to find the perfect place, even if it's not in my own country, but somewhere I could feel happy, and I could practice my passions, and share it with someone else.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

All new in Couch Surfing, I heard about this site while I was to San Francisco with people I met there in a Campground.
That seem like a great concept while traveling, alone or even with someone else.
It's very helpful to met new people from all over the world, wherever you are, and sharing about our story and experience.

After my 6 months Trip around America, I will be back in France, and then New Caledonia, where I hope I could meet new people witch would be traveling and could stay home.

Interests

Of course traveling is a main passion, But my first passion would definitely stay the Pastry, and the cook, witch is my job.
The nature, music, fishing, exchange with people, food and drink (beer and Wine).
I also love outside activity like Kayak, climbing, hiking and also Basketball.

The Yukon, probably the more beautiful country I ever saw, I love it, and would Love to go back over there someday
