My name is Bar, I grew up in Israel but have been living abroad for a long time.

I always loved travelling and experiencing other cultures, I'm grateful for how lucky I'm to be living in this time and day where travelling and seeing the world is so accessible.

I'm passionate about many things in life, I really do think life is a journey and trying to seek the meaning in things gives me great pleasure. I like philosophical conversations and introspection, thinking about things with a critical mind without any biases - just trying to understand the underlying truth and what led to it.

I love being outdoor, apperciating the little details as well as the vastness of nature. Animals are a big part of my life and mean a lot to me, I had a lot of pets over the years which I cared a lot for.

I think Couchsurfing is a great community, I always liked attending Couchsurfing meetups back when I was living in Melbourne.

I was away for a long time because of my studies but now I would like to get back to it and host where ever I'm.
