About Me

Actually I live in Vienna, but at the moment I'm on a journey round the world (we got stucked in Southeastasia) for 1 year with my boyfriend Lukas. We started in November 2016 with just the ticket to Bangkok and without any plans where we want to go (better to be flexibel so that you can go wherever you want to go at that moment).

I'm an open-minded, always smiling, positiv person and I really like to learn and see something new in life and to meet new people from all over the world :)
In Austria I did a lot of sports (started with yoga, jogging, snowboarding) but on the trip I neglected to do some. Mhh, what else? We both like to cook and we really love food and to try new food! We started with scuba diving in Bali and we can't get enough from it!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me traveling means not only to explore countries, but also to meet local people, to know a few words in the national language and also to know how people think about their country. It's not a real journey if you're just between many tourists and see all the same things as all tourists see ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

Electronic music (but many other genres as well - reggae, alternativ, rock..).
Love series (Suits, House of cards, Modern Family, Orange is the new black...).
I really loved to read The Century Trilogy from Ken Follett. And I'm always looking for new book recommendations, so if you have one, please let me now ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To start this journey ;) I met a lot of people during this trip who does a similar trip, so I forget sometimes that this is something really special and that I can be really happy to experience this.

And for me personally: to do a nightdive. I thought I would never do that in my life.

Aaand (I know it says ONE amazing thing, but if you travel, there are so many) to do a 15 days trek through the Himalayas in Nepal.

Teach, Learn, Share

We can teach you a little bit german and we can try to cook austrian dish (which is not so easy, because in many countries there are not the right ingrediants :D ). We are always interested to learn something new, so if you want to cook with us, teach us the basics from your language or other things, we appreciate that.
