Ciao tutti!

My name is Barbara. I am originally from Bavaria, Germany but lived in Australia for 16 years.

This year I decided it was time to move closer to home and I chose to move to Sicily.

Although I had planned to travel Sicily for several weeks to find where I wanted to live, I was lucky and found the charming town of Mussomeli in my first week of travel. I instantly fell in love with the town & the people. I got lucky once again and found a beautiful house after only one week of intensive search. I will start renovating my home in September 2024 and am planning to host Couchsurfers from early 2025. :)

About me:
I would describe myself as active, healthy, curious, adventurous, kind, respectful, open minded and fun!

I love good coffee, fresh food, dark chocolate and delicious wine :D
I love hiking, trail running, adventures in nature or by the beach.
Kitesurfing is something I'd like to learn as well as riding off road motorbikes.
Generally I am interested in anything that sounds adventurous, dangerous and fun!
