That's from my original profile. It was true then and possibly even truer today— more travel under my belt, and have also returned to school just for the fun of it. Graphic design, web design, Japanese, Spanish, and will be enrolled in 3 intertwined filmmaking classes this fall. Working more diligently than I ever did in my actual undergrad or graduate-school days. One adjustment to languages above: I'm not fluent in French, but I can carry on reasonably well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel. Also might want to host, but not before this old house is done and a clear space is available.

That was when I was traveling around Ukraine and Moldova in 2013. My interests remain essentially the same except possibly for the bit about WWII. That would depend upon the destination.
