ABOUT ME

The first thing they would probably say would be that I am a friendly, helpful, very creative and open-minded person who likes to get to know new people and cultures and who likes to socialize and have fun.

Interests

For all my life long I have enjoyed making music and meeting interesting people via orchestras and tournees. I am playing the violin and the piano and I also like to sing. I also like to go on concerts and festivals.
I enjoy the summer time and like to travel around and to explore the world around me. I like canoeing,swimming,hiking and camping. In wintertime I usually do lots of reading,craftwork and painting.
When I was a child I have joined several holiday camps and in 2009 I decided to become a group-leader and accomplished a special course to get the official permission to care for children. In 2010 I attended my first summercamp as a group-leader on the Dutch Island Ameland and it was great. Since August 2011 I am doing a voluntary service year in a Camphill Community in Enland and after this year I will go studying.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I remember my first Denmark holyday with my grandparents. I must have been 5 years old and we cycled to Skagen and visited one of the two biggest migrating sand dunes in Denmark. When we had climbed on top of the cliff from which the dune constantly moved away me and my grandfather sat down on the edge and dangled our feet. It was amazing looking down and watching people rambling on the sand and feeling so big and mighty compared to everyone else I could see.

Another moment that has been really special for me was when I first saw the atlantic in France. I had never seen such big waves before and the power of the sea took my breath. I remember sitting on the beach with my father and watching the sea.

My latest best moment was in 2011 when I visited one of the biggest german rock-festivals called "Rock am Ring" for 4 days in summmer. I went with two cousins and it has been amazing watching our favourite bands playing lifemusic on the stage and dancing and singing with 80.000 other peolpe at the same time. During the "Kings of Leon" perfomance a guy took me on his shoulders and I could have a view over all people´s heads celebrating the band with us. It was a stunning feeling!
