About Me

I think I’m a curious person. I enjoy spending time with people, having a good laugh and interesting conversation. I like people with sense of humour and akward funny stories. Always into coffee, spontaneous trips and exploring new cities.

I'm not the best at planning and usually i'm not exactly well organized, most of the time I improvise and make last minute decisions. However, if you host me or you're coming to my town I will do my best and care a lot about keeping you informed about everything, I have much respect for other people's time and plans ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I consider it a good opportunity to travel in more thoughtful and attentive way so that you can know more about the places you visit by meeting local people, exploring places together and having good time.

Interests

My intrests revolve mostly around images, culture, media and languages. I'm really into movies, art, graphic design, books, languages. I like to take part in various cultural events and festivals. Sometimes I work as a volunteer helping with organization.

My favourite outdoor activities are hiking, snowboard, ice skating, biking and running after escaping trams (does it count as jogging?)

Music, Movies, and Books

It's tough to choose, I watched so many movies I enjoyed at certain point of my life. I like old polish and italian movies, pieces of Coen brothers, Jim Jarmush, Paulo Sorrentino but I'm actually not a fan of favourites. Movies and books are like people, every one of them brings something else, who needs lists, stars and favourites? Besides, let's just leave something to chat over a coffee or a beer ;)

When it comes to music I listen to almost every kind. I really enjoy discovering various local bands and going out for some live music in small places.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

not drinking coffee for longer than a week :P

living in Istanbul for a while, definietly one of the most intriguing places I've visited so far

hitchhiking race to a small town near Rome: meeting other participants in the most unexpected places in the night in every country on our way, sharing wine and funny stories from the road

What I Can Share with Hosts

company, stories from travels, some cooking (with pleasure although keep in mind i'm not exactly a masterchef to put it mildly :D ) . teaching how to speak some polish if you're interested in that 'superpower' ;)

Countries I’ve Visited

Croatia, Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Poland, Turkey
