ABOUT ME

Grew up in Greenwich Village, came of age in the wonderful 70's, artist writer mother, physicist sailor father. Saw the world, loved the sea. Currently commute to Mexico for work, while raising 2 kids here and working part-time as a health educator. Dream: running an international boarding house somewhere in Mexico and opening a health education video production company. Enjoying each and every moment, along with a nice glass of wine and some chocolate is key!

PHILOSOPHY

Listen well, keep your eyes open, smell the jasmine, taste the rain, feel skin, lend a hand, ask for help, smile, dance, laugh, play.

As a health educator I have skills in nutritional, life-style education.
Currently I teach pre-bariatric (stomach stapling) surgery life style modification for Kaiser part time. Make a mean multi-grain scone. Love to play chamber music.
