About Me

Hi there !
I am 24 years-old, I love bouldering, diving, Turner, literature and dumplings.
Me and my girlfriend Kim just came back from China, where we lived for six months, and I am currently in Geneva for an internship.
Since I don't have a place of my own at the moment I can't host but don't hesitate to message me to hangout!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As most, essentially to meet new people. Especially since it is often said that exchange students suffer from a lack of interaction with the locals. CouchSurfing appears as a wonderful way to avoid that.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During summer 2010, I went hiking in the Lapland, above the Arctic Circle, with a group of friends. It was quite wonderful, sleeping in the wilderness, tucked under the midnight sun, between the mountains and the fjords. Since there weren’t many places to shower while hiking in these parts, a strange spell struck our group, turning us into hairy and malodorant creatures with a pronounced fondness for wild salmon and honey. It’s only when we ran out of names to christen our pet-flies that we came to realize something had to be done. Salvation came from the fjords. To be noted, the notion of summer in Lapland is not quite the same as elsewhere. The water’s temperature coming close to 7 degrees Celsius on sunny days, hygiene came to us through frost-bite and a few endangered toes.

Teach, Learn, Share

If anybody is looking for someone to practice french or english with, I would be most happy to help.
I am also a very kin collector of extremely unuseful facts, fervent reader of Se Coucher Moin Bête's website, if you are dying to know where the use of wearing ties comes from or why is Facebook coloured in white and blue, I am your man for the job.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook something French and I have a few travel stories. In a weird turn of events, I also lived with ghost hunters for a while so I'm surprisingly well versed in all things supernatural.
