ABOUT ME

I always try to be happy with wherever I am on in life. Seeing new things, making art, and being with amazing people are the best things I could ask for. I hope to go back to school soon to learn things that will help humanity, but at the moment I'm conteLnt to just live my life to the fullest.

兴趣

Especially during the summer I try to spend as much time active as I can. Portland is such a beautiful place when it's sunny and warm, and I absolutely love biking around the city, paddling the rivers, climbing in the surrounding areas and at the local rock gyms, and enjoying the night life. On quieter, rainy days I focus more on artistic things (photography, trying to get back into silk screening, making lanterns...), reading, and watching movies.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I spent a week with my sisters and mother one year down in Oaxaca City, Mexico for the Easter holiday. We stayed at a small bed and breakfast that my mom and grandmother had stayed at a couple times before my grandma passed away, so when we all had a little money, we made a trip there in tribute to her. Each day we went to one of the small surrounding towns, taking in all the local trades and foods, as well as ancient structures. It was truly a wonderful trip.

I took a year after high school and did foreign exchange in Milano, Italy. Though the pace and style of life there wasn't extremely different or strange, I was still in love with being somewhere new, feeling a different vibe and experiencing new people and new food!
