Thought it might be an experience to offer up my spare room to travelers who just need a place to crash for a short period. Depending on my availability could also show some people around. I recently came back from Japan and it was suggested joining this site would be great for meeting people around the world.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Only hosted once so far but it's was good to see London from someone else's perspective. I've been renting out the room long term to people for ages and met some fun people. I like having the place to myself but it seems a shame to let the room go to waste.

Interested in most things but probably not going to be able to have a conversation about sports or musical theatre.
