ABOUT ME

Im late 30s easy going, fun, honest and can sleep on a chickens lip. I have been in a huge amount of different jobs from cabin crew to selling property and serving cocktails to where I am right now as a chef. I Have travelled a fair bit but there is so much more to see. I am an outdoors type of guy having lived recently in Scotland and I enjoy good company.

Sitting in the flightdeck on landing at Madiera Airport, awsome side winds and a very close shave! Prepping cooking and serving 700 covers at the Guild Hall last Christmas!
